What is in a class
Each class starts with free-play, which is a great opportunity for your child to socialise and make some friends. COVID-19 Measures
Before the class and at drop-off:
Parents and children must line up outside the gate along the pavement 2 meters apart. Markers will be provided.
Temperatures of the children will be taken on arrival.
During the class:
TARKA instructors will not be wearing PPE equipment.
Handwashing will happen with all children on arrival and at regular intervals (kids will be staggered to avoid overcrowding the toilet). Hand sanitiser must be used by everyone on entry to the building.
2 metre rules must be attempted at all times although this may not always be feasible for safety reasons.
Children will sit on lily pads/stickers two metres apart (although we recognise it is nearly impossible to keep children 2 metres apart at all times)
TARKA will be adapting their games to ensure that minimum contact is required with both equipment and other children.
Any children showing symptoms will need to be picked up immediately.
After the class:
No waiting in the church courtyard. Parents and nannies will need to wait and queue to pick up children.
The Instructors will bring the children outside to their parent/nanny.
